The Civil Parish Council of Owston and the Ecclesiastical Parochial Church Council of All Saints Church Owston, are two separate bodies, each with their own funding sources.
The Parish Council receives a precept each year, which parishioners pay into via the council, but this is not linked in any way to the church or an entitlement to be buried in the churchyard.
